Subprocessor updates
As part of our commitment to transparency under our Data Processing Agreement, Fixify is adding a new subprocessor to support our Services.
Browserbase provides cloud browser automation that allows Fixify to perform authenticated IT actions on your behalf (for example, password resets, account recovery, and provisioning). Sessions are logged and recorded.

Data processed: names, usernames, emails, account IDs, and data visible on-screen during a session
Location: United States
Retention: session logs and recordings retained up to 30 days, then deleted
Effective date: July 27, 2026
